Q388-22 is using Track 1 Main to run around the Q394 train that was snowed in for lack of a better word. This train would stop right next to it for a while, in order for CSX to figure out what the next move would be in this blizzard. Lots of clearances, communications with management in high places, and organizing of plowing equipment miles ahead in the mountains had to be done first. |
