Yard job Y201-12, shoving a gondola full of waste metal that came from the Crown Cork and Seal factory in South Connellsville. A few times a month they go up and exchange an empty gondola for the full one, usually on weekends when the plant isnt running. This EMD GP38-2 is former SCL 522 built in 1973. Update: the factory no longer receives any freight car service, and the tracks that lead to the facility have been removed. |
