Description:  EMD SD40-3, on what is said to be the final ore train from Port Huron to Baltimore. Built in March 1967 as MP 713. Later it became MP 3013, UP 4013, and Oxford 4018. Acquired by WE in 1992 and reduilt in February 1999 from SD40 to SD40-3.
