Q299-10 going west in Broadford on a beautiful but cold winter day. The thermometer said 20 degrees but I think the sun was fooling it by about 5 degrees. These locomotives came to Connellsville this same day and were taken off Q368 for some reason and put onto this train to go the other way. Autorack train Q299 is an as-needed train to Louisville. CEFX 3138 is former SP 7487 SD45R and built as SP 9070 SD45 in March 1969. |
