Description:  After many weeks of seeing only mediocre trains, finally I strike gold. Eastbound autorack train Q216 with rare Canadian power waits for a signal in Connellsville. CN 5627 is called an EMD SD75I and had a rather unique sound. I dont believe I've ever photographed one. IC 2460 C40-8W was built as LMSX 733 in October 1994, which explains the blue color.

Description:  Canadian-powered Q216 takes it slow on Track 2 Main going east out of Qouth Connellsville, Pa. CN 5627 is called an EMD SD75I and had a rather unique sound. I dont believe I've ever photographed one. IC 2460 C40-8W was built as LMSX 733 in October 1994, which explains the blue color.

Description:  EMD SD75I on ethanol train K630-30. This engine was leading the train until it got to Connellsville, where unfortunately CSX decided to add two helpers onto the front of the train, instead of the back, to save time. This train was really moving good with four engines working and it took some fast camera work to even get a roster shot.

Description:  The autorack train that was Q261-06 has now gotten a new number (Q253-06) after it arrived in Connellsville. Here it is getting its long train put together and it stretches back into the west end of the CSX Yard. The EAS Sodem signal bridge and Memorial Bridge for Route 119 are in the background. There is a myth that this location cannot be photographed because there are wires in the way. They can be worked around in a few select spots.
