Description:  Genuine Western Maryland Railway waybill #139 from P. Ave to Waynesboro, PA. October 22, 1898. One chest at 25 pounds with a freight fee of 2 cents. One large chest at 150 pounds with a freight fee of 17 cents. One table at 50 pounds with a freight fee of 8 cents. One iron tank at 810 pounds with a freight fee of $1.36. The freight fee total for the four items was only $1.63! Freight agent on this day was A.H. Rossman. Shipper is Smith Manufacturing Company.
