| The tamper-aligner has an entourage of six workers as it measures the rails and adjusts the ballast accordingly. It made a pass every time another load of ballast was dropped. This work is being done by Delta Railroad Contractors for the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad in Wheeler Bottom, Dunbar Township, PA. |
