New to this website. This SD40-2 is another of the recent Wheeling and Lake Erie purchases. Former CITX 3073/GCFX 3073/HLCX 5060/NS 1616/NW1616 built in May 1971. Seen waiting by the Amtrak station to go west on CSX and get back onto W&LE rails.
